Please note, in the event of inclement weather, a decision will be made by the host school and the District 3 Director as to whether to hold the conference. That decision will be communicated via e-mail and on the conference website the morning of the conference. If the conference is postponed we would ask that schools attend on the makeup day. There will be no refunds of registration costs if a school is unable to attend the conference due to weather. Once students are registered, there cannot be cancellations or changes to registration numbers. Substitutions will be allowed, but workshop assignment changes will not be made.
